We invite researchers, clinicians, and scientists worldwide to submit original research for consideration at WCI 2027. Accepted abstracts will be featured as oral or poster presentations, giving you a global platform for your findings.
All submitted abstracts undergo blind peer review by an expert scientific committee. Authors will be notified of acceptance decisions in July 2027.

Currently enrolled PhD students or MD/PhD candidates with an accepted WCI 2027 abstract.
Postdoctoral fellows within 5 years of their doctorate with an accepted WCI 2027 abstract.
Researchers from lower-middle-income countries β especially encouraged to apply for priority consideration.
Recognising outstanding scientific contributions across multiple categories.
Awarded to the top 3 early-career researchers presenting at the Young Investigator Session on Day 3.
Awarded to the highest-scoring oral abstract as assessed by the scientific committee.
Awarded across four thematic categories for the most outstanding poster presentations.
Presented at the Closing Ceremony for extraordinary sustained contribution to itch research.
